Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the activity made by the logistic provider , in and out transaction.
  • Accurate preparation of deliveries to the customers.
  • Process internal and external customer orders and invoices.
  • Organise and check annual and periodic stock count.

Requirements:

  • High School / Bachelor degree;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Customer oriented person;
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service – will be a plus;

Procurement & Supply Specialist - zona Mioveni

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for periodical forecasts / estimates of sales campaigns;
  • Responsible for maintaining commercial relations with suppliers;
  • Responsible for releasing orders to internal / external suppliers;
  • Performs inventory analysis of raw materials and components in order to achieve the department objectives;
  • Proper order management in coordination with warehouse management;
  • Communication to suppliers and problem solving for all qualitative / quantitative inconsistencies appeared;
  • Responsible for preparing all the documents required by fulfillment of export formalities;
  • Responsible for providing all the information/documents to the custom agent in order to complete the custom clearance;
  • Alert sales in the event of a crisis (Customer or internal), to define priorities with the Customer & internally (management, VS for the aftermarket), follow the evolution of any associated action plans.

Requirements:

  • University degree (preferably technical or economic studies);
  • Previous experience in Stock Management;
  • Proven experience in managing projects / processes;
  • Fluency in English or Francoise;
  • Solid computer skills (proficient in Excel);
  • Excellent communications and planning skills;
  • Soft skills: proactive, shows initiative, conflict management;
  • Previous experience in automotive part distribution is a plus.

Reponsabilități:

  • Realizeaza evidenta stocurilor, mentine inregistrarile pieselor produse si ale materialelor de productie, receptionate, cantarite, emise, expediate sau stocate;
  • Adaptarea proceselor de productie si de aprovizionare la cererea clientilor;
  • Asigură aprovizionarea la timp a clientului;
  • Gestionează actiunile corective pentru procesul de receptie si / sau expeditie;
  • Participa la planificarea procesul de productie impreuna cu Responsabilul de Productie si Responsabilul Logistic;
  • Propune masuri pentru optimizarea activitatii logistice.
