Payroll & Junior Accountant Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll:
    • Organize and supervise activities of Payroll and Employee Administrators on a daily basis;

    • Supervise the collection of documents and information;

    • Input, audit and validation of data before transfer in Payroll System;

    • Responsible for running the interfaces to Payroll Systems or uploading Payroll data according to the working procedures;

  2. Accounting:
    • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;

    • Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices;

    • Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations;

    • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing;

Required qualifications:

  • University Degree (in any discipline) plus relevant HR work experience;
  • Experience in Payroll and/or Accountant in a specialist role;
  • English language - Medium level;
  • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel skills), Payroll Systems;
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen;
