Business Analyst - Financial Department

Location: Bucharest

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes financial performance (actual vs. budget; actual vs. last year);
  • Ensures the accuracy of information and provide qualitative comments so that best decisions can be taken;
  • Monitors costs evolution by cost center and by nature of costs;
  • Identifies opportunities for savings or areas with potential difficulties
  • Is responsible for the budget preparation in collaboration with his/her direct superior ;
  • Performs ad hoc analysis and presentations as required by management;
  • Contributes to defining new reports or improving existing reports in order to streamline daily activity and ensure data accuracy;

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position (reporting/budgeting) ;
  • Ability to operate Excel documents of high complexity;
  • Planning, budgeting and cost control principles knowledge – good level;
  • The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment;
  • Power Point is a must;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Analysis and synthesis abilities;
  • Confidence, ambition, self-starter mindset, ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
  • Bachelor degree in Finance;
  • Fluent in English;
